We offer a variety of homes, including, studios, open one-bedroom and one-bedroom homes, two-bedroom homes (including with dens), and three-bedroom apartments, all designed with modern finishes, open layouts, mountain views, and abundant natural light.

Yes! Most dogs and cats are welcome, with a pet fee and rent, plus a wash station and nearby spots for walks and play.
Our leasing office is open Monday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed daily for lunch from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.

Leasing & Application Process

Yes, renters insurance is required! You may choose to purchase coverage through our recommended provider or obtain your own policy as long as it meets our guidelines. A minimum of 300k personal liability renters insurance is required.

Pricing, Fees & Deposits

The rent cost reflects the base rent for your apartment home. Utilities and additional services are billed separately based on individual usage. For a detailed breakdown of utility billing and services, please contact our leasing office.
All applicants 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application. The application fee is $40 per applicant.

Yes! Your deposit is refundable, pending our standard move-out process and any applicable charges. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
In addition to rent, residents may be responsible for utilities, parking, renter’s insurance, and pet-related fees if applicable. All fees and deposits will be outlined in your lease agreement, and our leasing team will review them with you before you apply.

The following breeds are not permitted on the property: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids, Cane Corsos, Dogo Argentinos, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers (including any Pit Bull–type breeds), and Belgian Malinois. Reptiles, amphibians, and caged animals are also prohibited.
