Policy Details:
Most recent vet records with vaccinations, breed, weight, and age required for pet approval.
Two pets maximum permitted - two dogs, or two cats, or one cat & one dog
$50 monthly rent per pet
Pet Fee: A one-time non-refundable charge of $300 per pet
Additional Deposit: A one-time refundable deposit of $300 per pet
Breed Restrictions:
Rottweiler
Doberman Pinscher
Mastiff
Wolf Hybrid
Cane Corso
Dogo Argentino
Staffordshire Bull Terrier
American Staffordshire Terrier (or any such type of Pit Bull)
Belgian Malinois
No reptiles, amphibians, or cage animals are permitted
